Aether’s Mind Startup Partnership

At Aether's Mind, we value innovation and collaboration. If a client submits a startup idea that is deemed both innovative and practically viable by our expert team, Shoot the Breeze will partner with the client to establish the startup. In this partnership:

• The client will receive a 50% equity share and full partnership in the new startup venture.
• Shoot the Breeze will provide the technical, marketing, and business support necessary to launch the startup.
• All intellectual property related to the startup idea will be jointly owned by the client and Shoot the Breeze.
• This partnership is governed by a separate legal agreement outlining the roles, responsibilities, and shareholding of both parties.

We strive to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with all our partners, ensuring that their ideas are brought to life with the best support and expertise available.

Warranty Disclaimer

All services provided by Shoot the Breeze and its sub-brands are offered "as is" without any warranties, either express or implied.
